Who builds FollowUp Pal
FollowUp Pal is built by Axxon Media, the trade name of AVFA LLC, a company registered in the United States. The platform was born inside the company itself, from working closely with clients who sell over WhatsApp every day.
How the platform was born
Working with its clients, Axxon Media saw the same problem again and again: sales weren't lost for lack of interest, but because someone forgot to reply or to follow up. On WhatsApp, a conversation left unanswered disappears among dozens of others. We built FollowUp Pal to fix that.
What FollowUp Pal does
It reads your WhatsApp and your Gmail, shows who got your message and never replied, and writes the follow-up for you with AI. You review and decide: nothing is sent without your approval. It works on the web, iPhone and Android, and also tracks WhatsApp groups with clients.
Who it's for
For people who sell over WhatsApp: real estate and insurance agents, consultants, B2B salespeople and small sales teams. On team plans, managers see on a dashboard who owes a reply and in which conversation.
How we work
Two rules guide the product. You decide what gets sent. And we keep only what's needed, with message content encrypted. The details are on the security page.
